Week 5. Here I come.
So I am headed into week 5 today. I run with a group so the majority of them will be moving on to week 5 day 2, but I was sick with a stomach bug and cold so I did not go on Monday. I am meeting with them today. I plan on doing w5d1, but I am hoping I feel good enough to push towards w5d2.

I like beer
...and wine ...and gin It's a bummer. I just switched to light beer when I go out with hubby (about 1x/week or every other week). I also love red wine. Not really complaining, just a bummer that they cost so much in calories. What were you bummed out about having to give up or at least be careful of?
