I am very frustrated. I have had bouts of carpal tunnel and tendonitis in my shoulder, but when I started here with mfp I was feeling pretty good. Then at the end of March I ended up with tendonitis in my left shoulder and it ached and I had trouble if it was unsupported. Since then, my shoulder has improved, but my carpal tunnel has returned in full force. Trying to do push-ups during the 30 ds was impossible. I am currently trying to do mountain climbers for a challenge and wood chops and any movement with my left arm is impossible to work with. I spend the majority of the day with pins and needles and numbness in my arm. I am beyond frustrated that as I try to improve my fitness I have this obstacle in my way. BTW I have been to the doc and am suppose to sign up for PT (just trying to find a timeslot that works with my schedule). Does anyone have any good exercises to relieve tendonitis in the shoulder and carpal tunnel?
