Looking for 100 lb or more to go.

I am wondering who else out there needs to lose a significant amount of weight. I need to lose at least 100lbs. I would be happiest if I could lose 115lbs and maintain it. I am in this for the long haul and was hoping there are others out there in the same boat as me. Also, if you have lost a significant amount of weight I would love to hear your story.

I am a mom to 3 boys (almost 10, 8 and a 10 month old). I lose weight whenever I am pregnant and after my most recent son I had dropped down to 30lbs less than I am now, but it all came back after I was done breastfeeding. I want to be more active with my kids. I want to be around for a long time with them. We like to go for hikes and I am always so nervous we are going to pick one that is too long or too hard and I am not going to be able to make it through with them. My goal is to be fit and hope the weight comes off with it.

My butt got kicked into gear when my brother in law signed me up to run a zombie 5k obstacle this July and I really just want to be able to make it through and have fun with it. I knew I had a weight and fitness issue, but I couldn't figure out how to get started, fear of that race made me get going.

Where are you in your journey? What got you started? How are you getting there?
