Scenario: So the apocalypse is upon us and you can only stock up on one food item, you have plenty of water, what would it be? I would stock up on nuts. They keep for a long time, are loaded with calories, and are very nutritious, and macro balanced. And they taste really good.

I love avocados
I had never had an avocado until I started eating Paleo and man are they delicious. I love them. I also used coconut fat for the first time this morning to cook my eggs in and that was delicious as well. I love discovering new foods.

Can I eat sweet potatoes while Paleo
I am still a little confused about whether or not I can eat sweet potatoes while Paleo. Can anyone shed some light on this? Also, I checked the ingredients for my cashews yesterday and noticed cottonseed oil may or may not be in it? Does this make eating cashews (planters) a no go as well?
