Sugar cravings....
I am dealing with the most intense sugar cravings, Ive done fruit, but doesnt seem to cut it. So I decided I was going to much on nuts.. but HOLY COW the calories.. I am not sure where to go and what would be a good idea.. I really want to cut out the sugar all together, but sugar free stuff is soooooo sweet ... ugh..
