Hello,
I am getting married in July and currently weigh more than ever. I'm hoping to lose at least 100# in my journey, obviously unlikely by July.. But i am looking for tips on things to help lose fast, maybe find a local workout partner, and buddies to hold me accountable and encourage my but to work out and continue to make these life changes. I am not an over eater, I like my ice cream, but I rarely eat more than one meal a day. So I've started eating little meals, and drinking only water. But I'm having a hard tome getting the motivation to get my butt to the gym like I want. I feel great when I go..but just have a hard time. So any and all input,ideas or buddies are welcome.
