OKAY - I have used sweet n low for 25+ years and trying to get a bit healthier I'm now trying to switch to a better alternative. For now I am trying Stevia (the Walmart brand) - is this a good one or are their better alternatives to try. I really do not want to go back to granulated sugars and need something portable.

I'm new to MPF and could really use some encouragers to give me a boost and plenty of encouraging words now and then. I'm a night shift worker and find it hard to stay consistent on my days off. I live in VA and would like to lose 25-30 lbs. So far I have lost 4.

tracking /exercising for night shifters
I need suggestion on how to track / exercise working night shift. I work 7p-7a and am cunfused on whens the best time to exercise and how to track. Because I eat at different time, I feel like Im tracking all the time. Please help.
