Pick any 24 hr period and make it your day. If you sleep when you get home the maybe exercise when you wake up. MFP lets you adjust your meal schedule any way you want it. As long as you track some way that makes sense to you it's all good.0

In the grand scheme of things, it doesn't much matter... so it really comes down to what is the most convenient for you and what approach you'll be the most consistent with.
Start your day when you wake up, end it when you go to bed, regardless of the time or date. Your body can't tell time... all it knows is how much work you're asking it do and how many calories you're giving it to do said work. Whether you log them today, tomorrow, at 10am or 10pm, doesn't matter. The numbers will still workout the same at the end of the week.0
