midnight shifts ugggg.....
ok so i work in EMS as a dispatcher/EMT and sometimes work the midnight shift. since my schedual varies from week to week i sometimes work a couple afternoon shifts and a couple midnight shifts each week. so how does everyone else track their meals when they work midnights????

fish
can any of you wonderful cooks tell me how to cook breaded fish so that the bottom of it isnt soggy? I usually dip it in a little bit of milk and bread it with panko bread crumbs and bake it on a cookie sheet???

toning tables worth it or not???
so can anyone give me some input on toning tables? A friend of mine invited me to go along with her yesterday to try it out and it was relaxing but it kinda just felt like all it was doing it shaking all my nasty flabby fat around all over my body and today im so sore i can barely move :( so worth it or not?????

chicken and crescent rolls

yummy lunch find
i just had the most yummy low cal lunch!! tuna packet with 1 tbsp mayo 20 wheat thins and a yummy valasic pickle spear!!!! and the best part is i am full from it!!!!! i will def be having this again! oh ya and it was all only 280 calories!!!!!
