yummy food find

Last nite i went to Aldi's to get a few things and i found their multi grain sandwich thins. I also found their happy farms light spreadable cheese. Today for lunch i spread the cheese(25 cal for 1 wedge) on my toasted sandwich thin(100 cal) and added 2 tbsp of salsa(15 cal) and had a wonderful low calorie sandwich that was so tastey i just had to share!!!

I use the sandwich skinny's for hamburger buns now, they are so much better than huge buns, and you can actually taste what else you have not just the bread.

Yes, Aldi's Happy Farms lite spreadable cheese wedges are a good knock off for the name brand ones that cost a bit more.

One of my favorite Aldi finds is their knock off Baked Lays. You get 16 of the original crisps for only 110 calories. Instead of bread at lunch, I'll have 16 of those little buggers. Yum! They're usually at the very entrance of the store and are branded as Clancy's. They've got BBQ and sour cream and onion flavors too, but you only get 14 in a serving ; )
