Caloric deficit and good workout routine will get rid of it as you can't spot reduce fat on your body

Belly pudge will go when the rest of your pudge goes...you can't spot-reduce fat.

Just keep up with your calorie deficit like you've been doing, and start doing some short-ish full-body workouts (T25, P90x3, etc.) to tone the underlying muscles -- you'll feel better (after the initial week or so of "holy cr*p what an I doing?") and when the pudge is gone you'll have a nice toned body underneath.

My belly and upper thighs/buttocks were the last places to lose the fat. I think that's pretty typical for most women.

I do cardio daily -30 min of elliptical, along with squats, lunges, tricep dips, modified pushups, weighted side leg lifts (inside and outside of thighs) and side weighted arm lifts. When I first started I did 45 min of arc trainer, 45 min of elliptical and 30 min of stair climber.
