back to using mfp for tracking along with my fitbit. always looking for workout buddies, but i go pretty early in the mornings (5:30 am) at snap fitness on regent/plessis.
Although i am losing weight, and still have a lot to go, the belly fat seems to be the hardest to get off. How/what exercises do I need to do to help get rid of the flab quicker?
