Healthy camp food
I am looking for ideas on what healthy type food I can take when my family goes camping and kayaking. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! We will be cooking over a campfire and I also have a camp stove. My kids will be with us as well...so I need something they will actually eat. Thanks in advance!!

charlie horses and shin splints
I would LOVE to know how you keep charlie horses and shin splints from happening. I make sure I stretch before and after my workouts, but since I have started jogging these two pains seem to be getting worse. I did ice my calves yesterday and that helped a little, but is there a way to totally prevent it from happening???…

Sooo happy...
I not only bought new smaller size underwear...but I can fit into them perfectly!!! AND-I am now able to wear the large scrubs at work vs. the x-large!!!! Soooo happy about this, but I still have a loooong way to go. Just had to share!:smile:

What are the best exercises for toning the back???
I am just curious if anyone out there knows of any tried and true moves to tone up the back. Specifically the sides of the back. I have that little extra fat that hangs out as a protective covering on my ribs and I'd like to get rid of it. Thanks for the help!
