Fructose problem?
I have fructose malabsorption, which basically means that if I eat more fructose then glucose my intestines get bloated and painful and I get tired and nauseous. Short and need to lose a little
I am 5' 1", generally between 111 and 113, with 20-25% body fat, and I am having a hard time losing the weight (5-10 lb) to be where I want to be (BMI and BFP just under 20).
