Not hungry on workout days?
I run 3-4 times a week, between 4 and 10 miles each time. I find that on those days when I run, I don't feel like eating. I don't feel overly hungry, and I have little interest in food. Hi fellow runners! Does anybody know what a good macro ratio is for a runner? I need to fix my nutrition, I'm training for a half, atm my average run is 5-8 miles. I think I need to increase my protein, but I was hoping someone would know a good ratio so I can try and work to it.
