What are resistance bands for strength or muscle toning . I jus wanted to Know whats the best way to tone up Ive got resistance bands untill my weights arrive but i still need to lose 20lbs before i want to gain muscle what should i do ?

. Basically i was just wondering no matter what u eat as long as your under your dailey intake will you lose weight e.g if i ate a bumch of crap for a whole day and i was under my calorie intake will i still lose weight ?

gaining weight
so basically i havent been exercising for like 2 3 weeks and i have been eating alot but i havent been over my calorie intake so will i gain weight because i am starting to feel like i am and i think the scales r starting to show that i am (im just eating the wrong foodse.g. carbs all the bad things that make u gain weight)

today i ate a bunch of crap i had chocolate , bread bacon and sausages for breakfast and througout the day will i be okay because i dont want to gain weight from eating crap in one day i know i went over my calorie limit but im not sure how it will effect my diet can someone please help me i dont think i went over 2000…
