yeah im new to this and need to lose 30 lbs ive already lost 4 lbs so i need to lose 26 more need motivation

I've come to find that motivation is overrated. Its about jsut doing it as Nike says. I frequently lack the motivation to exercise but I do it anyways. its about willpower more than motivation and that's something you can build. For evertime you workout when you don't want to and everytime you resist eating something you shouldn't your willpower gets stronger. You can do this. Just take it one day at a time!0
