Squat challange
I am doing a 30 day squat challenge. You increase number of squats daily. Is it effective if I do some in the morning and the rest at night etc? Today I have to do 130. I did 60 this morning 20 at lunch and will do the rest this evening. What is your opinion

Best fitness tracker
From experience, what would you recommend for a fitness tracker? I have done alittle research but want your opinion. I want to stay below 60.00 if possible. I have android phone so need something that works well with it. Looking at EO2 and Moov. Any other recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

I have a neice that is breast feeding and is really ready to start loosing some weight. Baby is 3 months old. I have read no less than 2,000 calories to maintain good milk producion. Anyone have any suggestions from their own experiences?

MFP calorie requirements vs TDEE
MFP says I should eat around 1500 calories daily. And loose 1lb a week. However TDEE - 20% is 1834. If I am calculating it correctly. I'm 37 4'11" 167. I exercise atleast 4 times weekly. I want to loose 17lbs by Nov. 1st. Any suggestions? Am I calculating the TDEE correctly. Which is more accurate and works best? Any help…

lifting routine
Does anyone know where I can get a good weight lifiting routine? I have been doing the machines but have read here that they are not as effective as free weights. However, I am not willing/able to pay for a personal trainer but have no idea how to start lifting with free weights. Any advise would be helpful.

chicken breast
I hate cooking. But am doing more as I try to eat halthier. My husband works at night, so I am cooking for one during the week. What is a good yet easy recipe for chicken breast? I took one out this morning to have for dinner and not sure yet how I want to cook it. Thanks for any help I can get. :)

stupid question
I am exercising more, and staying within my calorie range. My range is 1200 calories. I do eat the calories that I burn through exercise. I have not lost in 3 weeks. Should I not eat the exercise calories or should I eat more in order to loose more? Any help is appreciated.

Knee pain
I have very bad knees. I do not have access to a pool. I have been doing the stationary bike the last week or so. Is there any other exercise that burns a lot of calories but does not hurt the knees as bad.?
