  • Just making sure I got this right. My total daily goal can be as much as 1834 without eating back exercise calories. If I eat 1800 calories and exercise away 500 calories. Then I do not deduct the exercise calories. Correct?

  • I target different muscles each day. And do some cardio daily. I change up each week which muscle group I work on which days.   • I use dumbell weights. So if the gym has them, and you have a smart phone, Jefit is a great app that gives you suggested workouts. You can use the workouts they have preset or you can make your own. I have used it a few weeks and love it. Hope this helps

  • I usually drink atleast 10 glasses of water a day.
