Worrying....for nothing!?
I have 161 calories left for today BUT I am 8carbs over my daily goal. Is this really a worry or should I just shrug it off!?? This doesnt happen very often at all, but I got hungry and all I had in my draw was a 'cup a pasta' and we all know how full of carbs pasta is!!!!!

I havnt actually introduced myself yet as havn't used the board much!! I am Holly, I'm 24 (25 in a week) and currently at 160.4lbs, was 167.4lbs 3 weeks ago and I am aiming for 154lbs! Question for those of you who reached your goals and returned to maintenance level calorie intake......... Did you put back on the weight you lost!?? I have gone from 167.4lbs to 161.2lbs but I am aiming for 154lbs (11 stone) Atm I have a goal calorie intake of 1380 (before exercise) and wanted to know if and when I reach my 154lb goal, can I change my goal to maintain current weight?
