setting new goals after injury
I've recently been diagnosed with a stress fracture in my hip and am looking at 6 weeks of no running and then 4-6 weeks of rehabilitation (oh the joys...) this means missing out on my spring marathon and possibly a June half-marathon soooo, to keep my busy during my rest, does anyone have any advice on setting new goals…
