hi there, not new but returning!
I am at 18% body fat and want to cut a couple of % so I'm looking to lose fat
i workout about 5 days a week, burning roughly 400-500 calories each time and I like to record these and eat back as MFP says rather than set a standard number
MFP has put me at 1200 (i'm light haha) but am I right in thinking that this will be too low to lose weight on....? I lost weight before on VERY low calories but I think it may have been a fluke ;p
so....my BMR has worked at 1341, and a SEDENTARY TDEE at around 1590-1650 but this + exercise. If I cut this by 15% (1351) would this be too low or about right if I eat back exercise cals? Or I could do 10% which would put me at 1431.
