hey,
what do people think - according to the scale (which I know isn't that accurate!) I have gained 8lbs in about 2 weeks, though I can't really see where it is haha. I know it's been Christmas though I haven't gone all out and I don't weigh every day.
Likely to be water weight? If so, what are your experiences in how long it takes to disappear?
Thanks for any help

I doubt you ate 28000 calories more than maintenance. Probably a couple of pounds is actual gain and the rest retention. Drink lots of water and wait a week, then reevaluate.0

I ate like crazy during a long weekend in Mexico. Put on 4 pounds. Went back to counting calories and it was back off in a week. The holidays are rough on a lot of people's waist lines....mine included. But just start logging and you will start seeing progress again0
