On a daily basis, when weather permits, I take long walks outside. I in addition, use walk away the pounds with Leslie. My question is, do I log these exercises with Leslie Sansone as walking or aerobic exercises? It appears to be a combination of both to me, but a bit confused as of how to log it. Thanks

Inches
I must be losing inches because my scale is not moving at all. :huh: However, I'm very happy to report that I can wear a size 10 pants :drinker: . I haven't been there in a whole bunch of years .Boy, am I feeling really good about myself right now, but can someone tell me what's happening to the dang scale?

Lunchless
I had to be at work this morning at 7:00. I rushed to be on time, only realizing that I had forgotten my lunch :huh: . Today was awful. I ate everything that wasn't nailed down. My emotions went viral. Has this ever happened to you? I am already at a plateau.

Steps
I wear my pedometer everyday, even to bed. My question is, do I count the steps recorded on a daily basis as exercise? I have not been doing so. Usually I have 10,000 steps at the end of the day.
