it is 6:12am I have been awake since about 2am, after going to sleep at about 10pm. I am starting my weight loss journey again as I gave birth to my third baby boy 7 weeks ago. I now have more weight to lose and it seems a bit harder this time, guess I'm getting older (and more tired now that I have three boys to deal with!)

Hi I'm Mel. I am a SAHM of 2 boys and I lost 8kg last year then put it all back on :( So now I am trying again - starting at 84.1kg which is 185 lb. I would like to get to 68kg (150lb) My main goals for this week are to drink more water, not eat after 7:30pm and to know when I am full and to then STOP!!!
