Hi I'm Mel. I am a SAHM of 2 boys and I lost 8kg last year then put it all back on 
So now I am trying again - starting at 84.1kg which is 185 lb. I would like to get to 68kg (150lb)
My main goals for this week are to drink more water, not eat after 7:30pm and to know when I am full and to then STOP!!!
