Muscle Gain?
2 weeks ago I started working out again and added some strength and toning in. I lost last week, but this week when I weighed in I had gained .6 from the last weigh in. Is it possible that it is muscle mass forming? But wouldn't I have lost fat?

Weighing a lot for your height/ frame
If you weigh a lot for your height/ frame, does it take longer for you to see more significant results with your weight loss? For instance, if a woman is 5'4 and weighs 145 pounds and another woman is also 5'4 but weighs 250 pounds, who would show more recognizable results if they both lost 25 pounds?
