Okay, so when I did my last weigh in on the 14th of last week, my weight had gone up about a pound. I later realized that it was because of my TOM. Then on the weigh in I did today, it went back to normal, even though it had been about 2 days after my TOM was over. I'm happy it went back to normal, but still disappointed that I didn't show a loss.

Try again in another day or two. Last week my period ended about two days before my normal weigh-in, and I was the exact same weight as I was the week before. Weighed myself again the next morning and I was down 1.4 lbs.0

I retain a lot of water because of TOM (some times it's a 5 lb difference  ) so I can't weigh my self at least a week before or until a week after.0
