silly question?
This might sound like a stupid question but can anyone tell me why water is so importnant when you're dieting. I know it's important normally because so much of our body is water etc. but why is it especially important to drink so much water when trying to lose weight? :huh: Just curious!

I joined yesterday! I have already lost some weight alone but this seemed like a much better way to help keep track of calories and exercise and from what I've read, everyone seems really supportive here. I'm looking forward to reaching my goal, hopefully by the end of May :-)
