I this either in a sandwich, tortilla, pita or on a baked potato. Yummy!
Makes one generous portion:
80g tuna in brine
1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
1 tbsp low fat/ fat free mayonnaise
1 tbsp low fat/fat free plain yogurt (or I also like to use low fat cream cheese)
1 tbsp lime juice
Chopped fresh corriander (not that important)
Salt and Pepper to season
Drain and flake tuna into a bowl and add all other ingrediants and mix well.
According to the weightwatchers cook book this is about 166 calories however, it depends on the type of mayonnaise etc.

Hi, I have a (possibly stupid) question: "tuna in brine"? I've never heard of this. Would you need to add something if you just used plain tuna in water?0

It's just tuna in salt water, so yes tuna in water is fine!0
