TLS Weight loss solution
Is anyone doing the TLS program that would like to be MFP friends with me so I can get some more ideas of what to eat? I'm in the 2nd week, and will start the third week Wednesday.

Fitbit Flex and a Watch?
I just got a Fitbit Flex. It says to put it on your non dominate hand. That would be my left, and also where I wear my watch. It looks kinda funny, and it's gonna be harder to put on my weight gloves. What do you guys do? Wear both on the same arm?

Low Testosterone in Women
My doctor recently told me that my testosterone level is low. Mine is 6, and she said 8 to 48 is normal for women. Has any other woman on here had a diagnosis of low T, and has anyone taken steps to increase theirs? My doctor recommended a series of shots. Are there any other ways to increase T that are safe?

Green Coffee Extract for Weight loss and Raspberry Ketones
Recently I have had several people in my classes ask me about green coffee extract and raspberry ketones for weight loss. I really don't have much information right now on these items. Does anyone (especially with a health or nutrition background) have accurate information on these? Thanks!

My hairdresser suggested I start taking Biotin because I want my hair to grow faster. (It's a B vitamin) Does anyone know of any adverse effects of taking Biotin, and what dosage is better?

Should you log black coffee with no sweeteners?
I drink my coffee black with nothing in it. I have 4 cups in the morning and sometimes one in the afternoon. Should I log it, or not?

Exercising When Your Muscles Are Sore?
I overdid it yesterday on the crab squats, and my legs are sore today. Not so sore that it's hard to get up or walk, just kinda stiff.
