Where do you walk?
Are you a hiker? Are you a mall window shopper? Do you lap your garden or office? Do you use a treadmill? I am a mother running around doing school runs and chores mostly. Not many of my miles are just for the fun of it. So I walk the streets of my hometown, which is also extremely hilly, pushing a buggy.

Which Activity Counts?
It's entirely up to you what you want to count. For those using pedometers perhaps this month include all activity and next month just exercise activity? It's not about challenging others, it's about challenging yourself. Seeing how well others are doing just helps provide motivation. Essentially, it's up to you! Good luck…
