Does anyone else have this problem?
I know chocolate is not part of the healthy diet, but let's be honest, it is SUPER hard to stay away from chocolate! BUT! Every time I eat chocolate, I will be sleepy within 5 minutes....like eyes-glazed-over-I-need-to-sleep-right-now kind of sleepy. Does anyone else have this problem?

How do you know if your muscles are "just sore" or if there is really something wrong? Like if you actually pulled or messed up a muscle or if it's just the average you-don't-exercise-enough-so-you're-just-gonna-have-to-deal-with-your-body-complaining-until-you-exercise-more muscle soreness?

I usually have a pretty high pulse...I probably stay over 100 just about every day...even if it's just 101, my pulse hardly goes below that. How do I lose this big butt?
