Week 10!
Excuse the lack of thread yesterday. I lasted much better at my 10k than my car did on the journey home! My total for last week was 18 miles so my grand total so far is 172 miles.

Weeks 8 and 9
FAIL, I did not do a thread last week. It was birthday bonanza in my family so I got sidetracked. So post your totals for weeks 8 and 9 here. In week 8 I managed 18 miles and this week I managed 13 miles. I'm slacking a bit! Grand total so far- 154 miles.

Runkeeper hugely overestimating calorie burn?
I've been noticing this for a couple of weeks. This morning I walked my dog 6 and a bit km (just about 4 miles) and Runkeeper thinks I burned 571 calories?? Yesterday I ran 8k (5 miles) and it told me I burned 702 calories. I weigh about 145lb and Runkeeper used to tell me I burned around about 100 calories a mile. Is…

I am STILL still ill. But I really think (hope) I am on the mend now. Only 6 miles managed this week :/ which puts my total at 76 miles. So I think I'm now behind schedule, yikes.

I am STILL ill, so only managed 7 miles. Meh. My total is now 70 miles

How was your week 3?
I've been lying on the sofa for most of the week, ill :( So I've managed a measly 8 miles this week. Glad I got some extra miles in the bank in the first week! My total so far is now 63 miles, so I'm still ahead of target just about.

Week 2 is over, how did you get on?
I didn't manage as many miles this week what with my husband being away and me not having childcare. So I only managed 17 miles. Actually, that's not too bad considering! That makes my running total 55 miles. Well done whatever you managed this week. We can do this!
