Eating Calories Back
By the time I get home and complete my work out, it's after 7 or 8:00 and seems too late to eat back all my calories that I burned. Would it be better if I ate heavier meals for lunch and lighter meals in the evening? Honestly, I'm rarely very hungry after I work out.

30 Day Shred-Anyone on Level 2 heading to Level 3
I'm on day 6 of level 2 of the 30 day shred. I can already see the differences in my body shape. I used 2 lb weights for level 1 and use 3 lb for level 2. I start Wednesday with Level 3 and will increase to 5 lbs. today I started adding the 22 minute rush Zumba DVD to my workout. Looking for great results with this…
