Anyone interested in joining me staring Tuesday, April 2? April 1 is my birthday so I'm taking the day off from all things related to weights. LOL. I just completed 30 Day Shred today and wow what a difference! Would love to have some companions as I start the next leg of my journey. Let me know. :)

    I did my first day of shred it with weights today, wasnt to bad. i have a hurt ankle so took it kind of light on the squat jumps. How was the 30day shred what were your results like?

    I only took pics of myself day 1, 10, 20 and 30. They were in my underwear so I can't post them. LOL. All I could think was I had no idea I was taht wide, until I saw the difference. It was a big difference. I can tell you though that I definitely lost 3 inches in my waist. From 42' to 39'. My friend was making a dress for me, so we had my before and after of that.

    I love Extreme Shed/Shred. level 1 is crazy. I hate burpees, jumping jacks and exercises of the nature, but I do them. The results are worth it. Next month I'm going to do 30 day shred all over again.
