Eating Calories Back

By the time I get home and complete my work out, it's after 7 or 8:00 and seems too late to eat back all my calories that I burned. Would it be better if I ate heavier meals for lunch and lighter meals in the evening? Honestly, I'm rarely very hungry after I work out.

Sorry, I don't know. I'm wondering the same thing. I can't really work out until after 8pm myself (after my daughter goes to bed).0

this is where protein smoothies/shakes come in really handy plus its REALLY important to have a proper recovery meal/meal replacement after a workout. i'd look into it if i were you. plus it helps you meet your daily cal goal0
