Scared to Weigh Myself...

I have been doing Zumba, 30 Day Shred and Run/Walk since March 1.
I know I am losing inches all over. My clothes fit so much better and some don't fit at all. But I am so afraid to get on the scale. I know muscle weighs more than fat, but if I see a higher number than when I last weighed in on the 17th. It will mess with my head and possibly become discouraging. Does anyone else feel this way?

All the time! In order to avoid the fear I weigh myself daily. That way I can catch any slip ups before they get to be big problems. If you do daily weigh-ins then do it at the same time each day and don't freak out if you fluctuate a little from one day to the next - water... If it is up more than 2-3 days then you need to make adjustments.1
