Weight Goal Changed, need help
Hi; I've started on MFP on 10 January 2011; then I was allocated 1540 calories. I've been logging in without failure & also been loosing weight. I have lost 10 kg (22 lbs) since 10 January. I need to change my goals, how can I do that? Thanks
