i need help with my nutrition
Hi Guys I work nights and so end up missing lunch during the day,, yet cant seem to eat while im working,, so im effectively starving myself :( ,, anybody got any suggestions on how to keep my nitrition levels up cos now im feeling run down and i know its cos of what im (not) eating,, look a my diaries and you'll see most…

whats the best recovery food???
Hi This is my first post on here so bear with me :) ,, I work out roughly three times a week,, go swimming once or twice a week and try to go for a run once a week and really struggle with eating the right thing afterwords,, what do you guys eat to help aid recovery. Thanks in advance Leigh

can i add this to my exercise amount...
I have a fairly active job,, i work in a hotel and as such am on my feet for a large proportion of my shift,, if i was to get a pedometer with calorie statistics do you think i should put those numbers into my food/exercise diary or will it be seen as normal day to day calorie burnage??? Feel free to add me if you like :)
