Lungs hurt
Does anyone's lungs ever feel like they're going to explode when working out?? It only happens when i do cardio, and not everytime... i don't know if i am breathing wrong or what, but it's odd that its only sometimes, and damn it hurts!! i need a solution, and bad :(
