i've only lost 4 lbs, but i've lost more inches than anything. unfortunately i didnt measure when these pics were taken so i dont know the numbers, but i dont really think you need them to beleive that eating right and working out works. if this took me 40 days, i cant imagine how i will look when i do this for a lifetime!



cant post the second for some reason - they are in my photos though.

ok duh Thanks for posting that though I am starting to get a little discouraged I didn't lose anything on the scale this week but I am pushing myself hard!

yeah i was getting pretty pissed that i didnt lose more than 4 total.. i lost 5, gained 3, and lost two more but i am SOOOO glad i took these pictures otherwise i would be so down. i was shocked! you really dont feel youself getting smaller until you see the comparison.

Hey, have you tried loading up on calories one day a week? Have whatever you want for one day then go back to your normal diet. Don't be too hard on yourself. It takes time! ; )
