My Tracks
Do you have an Android phone? No FitBit yet or other GOS device to help track your walks/runs? Try this, I love it. http://www.google.com/mobile/mytracks/ Helps me keep accurate records of how long I've been out, how far I traveled, my speed throughout..... It does more but this is what I use it for. Just thought I might…

i just completely wasted an otherwise great day
Help me here. I have learned that I need X amount of caloric intake to lose the weight. I get that now. Today I ate great foods and even though i didn't feel like it, I went and did my workout with my trainer. In New England when there is snow, we get together for a few parties to help with PMS (Parked Motorcycle Syndrome). I HATE THIS PICTURE. I have this thing on 2 cabinets in kitchen and on the fridge. In big bold black marker I wrote across…

Dad on a mission to drop 122!
I remember back in 2003, I was living in Palm Beach Gardens, FL and the scale read 239. I swore I would nit see 240..... Now.... well now I would very much like to see 240 and even lower. I'll admit I got lazy over the years. And have recently discovered I may have an eating disorder. For some reason I stay up late every…
