Hello MFP Peeps!! I am starting the Jillian Michaels Extreme Shred and Shred and I was wondering of some of your results that have done this video? I am eating healthy but and running for cardio up to 5 miles a day and my ultimate goal is to fat & gain muscle. Is this a good way to gain muscle?

Hey MFPeeps!! I have switched from Herbalife to GNC Lean Shake 25. Has anyone else tried these shakes? I was wondering if anyone could be kind enough to give me their opinion on the shakes?
