I'm out of this month's challenge ya'll. I went over my calories by 117 yesterday. Its been awesome and I look forward to next month. It sucks that I failed and I could easily have lied but this was a challenge to me. Good Luck you guys! Jen

whew. I made it through the first 2 runs. My calves were on fire and cramping. I could not make myself runt he next 2 runs. I'm just not sure if it was the actual calf muscle burn or my own mind psyching me out. I have new running shoes and I'm still getting shin splint and the burn in my calves. Does anyone know if this…

What app do you use to measure distance on you walks or runs?
Hi- Does anyone know if I can run 2 apps on my iPhone at the same time? I am using the Get Running app to train for 5K but I also want to log my distance and have the Nike Plus app. Do they work together? Ideas or thoughts? Thanks Jen

Hi, I just finished week 2 of the C25K plan. I know it says to run 3 days a week with rest between. Do you think it would be helpful or hurtful to to add in another day or 2 of running a week? I am 41 years old and have never been a runner. Any advice will be helpful. Thanks, Jen
