Re-set my ticker, looking for new friends :)
Hello! I've been on MFP for 2.5 years now and lost a lot of weight (about 40 lbs) at the beginning, but i've been stuck for about a year (my fault, keep losing and gaining the same 5 to 8 lbs). I decided to re-set my ticker to zero weight lost and look at this as a new "journey" so I don't stay in the "i've already lost 40…

DDR/ Dance Factory
Hi! I was wondering if anyone with a heart monitor has tried DDR or dance factory on the work-out mode and if so, how accurate the calorie counter is? I am hoping for a heart rate monitor for Christmas (dropping hints heavily!) but until then would like to get an estimate as to how accurate it is? Thanks in advance!

couch to 5-k running plan
Hey!! I was hoping some of you would join me on a new challenge for myself.... I'm 205 right now (after losing about 40 pounds, still have a long way to go) and seem to have plateaued, so I started "training" for a 5-k today... it's a 2 month training program from cool running:…
