Hi everyone! I'm Michelle, 30, from Vermont. My goal this month is 6 lbs. I'd love more but trying to set realistic goals for myself. I have been heavy my whole life, then lost 50 lbs in college. Gained it all back when I got married cos I was eating the same portions as my husband and going out way too often! Trying to…

I really really like this one... and my carnivore husband does too! I use 1 cup of breadcrumbs that I buy at store in place of the crushed-up bun... http://www.myrecipes.com/recipe/our-homemade-quick-black-bean-burger-10000001932647/

Hi all :) I joined because I have been stuck losing and gaining the same 3 or 4 lbs and I wanted something to get me into the mindset of being healthy EVERY day. So far it's working :) It helps knowing that i'm not only helping myself, but working as a team with a like-minded goal. Great job everyone!

My "reaching out" was to someone I will never know.... I decided to go and donate blood... I haven't been able to do it in a while b/c of a medical issue causing anemia, so I basically gave up, but there is an urgent need in my area. Proud of all of the great efforts this "challenge" inspired in people! Way to go!

HI Ladies! I'm Michelle, 30, and due to as of yet undiagnosed joint pain, pretty much quit exercising last year and gained about 30 lbs. Want to lose about 60-70 from my "starting weight" this year, down about 9 so far. I'm from VT, i'm a Pharmacist which means standing for 10 to 12 hours a day. I take a kickboxing class…

any chance you could have a sinus infection? Or maybe allergies? Maybe that's why it's lingering? This sounds nasty, but I started using a Neti Pot, and that helped cut down on frequency for me during allergy season... Also, as a fellow migraine sufferer, sometimes I find plain old high doses of ibuprofen, a dark room and…
