Hey... i'd say listen to your body and try and increase the amount of protein in your meals if it looks like you're lacking it... that's the thing I struggle the most with, getting enough protein... i find things like greek yogurt and baby bell light cheeses help me stay full longer :) good luck, and feel free to add me...…

I had about 42 to lose but packed on about 7 to 10 over the holidays and now have just about 50... so i'm right there with ya!!! feel free to add me if you'd like. Good luck either way, you can do it!! i've lost about 50 so far (or I had before I gained anyway) and I KNOW it can be done :)

I take a non-conventional (i.e. NOT cardio) kickboxing class at my local tae-kwon-do studio.. something one of the instructors does on the side... it's 75 minutes twice a week and he does stuff like abs, arms (weights, push-ups, etc), legs (lunges, squats, etc) mixed in with kickboxing (punching and kicking) and I LOVE…

YESSSSSSS my first 5 sips of soda always taste funny too!!! Luckily I don't drink much soda so it doesn't bother me. There are tons of crazy side effects, I resisted taking this stupid drug for so long!

I'm going to agree with the Shredded Wheat.. I get a local store brand and it actually doesn't have hardly ANY sodium in it. I use soy milk (Soy Slender) instead of dairy cos it has more fiber, and lots of protein, that keeps me going for about 3 and 1/2 hours usually :)

From what i've read, soy is fine in moderation... but look for yourself, don't give up without looking at a LOT of research. It might not hurt to get the opinion of your Dr?
