Well, I finally did it! I am down a nice, full, round, and WONDERFUL 25 lbs! I am also now in the weight decade of my high school years: today I broke out of the 160s with 159. I haven't been 159 since high school. I can't believe it! I don't think that I've been 159 since puberty ended!

So, today -- despite all the drama and anxiety and stress going down right now -- today is going to be a happy day. Today is going to be a celebration day. Today I will not hear the negative self-talk, the what-ifs, the guilt, the blame, not any of it!

Today is a good day!

    Today is a GREAT DAY! Celebration is right. That's 25 pounds gone, forever! Never ever again! That's a toddler or a big bag of dog food, or even a nice size dog you were carrying around every day and you got rid of it! WOO WOO!
