Total Calories or Macros: What's more important?
Hello everybody! I want to know whats more Important. There are days where I am under my total calories but over my macros. I wanted to ask yall if its important to be perfect with the macros also..or are the total calories the most important determinant of the weight loss? thanks

Do you guys have a set time where you stop eating at a certain point at night...and then eat the next day?

MAC AND CHEESE AT KFC--Only 170 calories?
I got mac and cheese from kfc today and the whole big cup is like 170 calories...A biscuit has 10 more calories than that huge cup of mac and cheese. I wanted to know if the 170 calories is for that small cup (havent seen them serve any tbh) or its indeed for the big cup of mac and cheese from "KFC".... thanks

Is it bad?
I usually do 4-4.5 hours of cardio and eat at my TDEE-20, but this week I just did 1.5 hours of cardio and still ate at my tdee-20 this whole week. Do you think I kind of messed up somehow with the weight loss..since I still ate at my tdee-20 which is calculated with the exercise included?

How much water weight is expected via the TDEE method
So far I have gained albs when switching from the 1200 calories+1/2 exercise calories (for 2.5 months) to TDEE-20%. TDEE- Net Calories question!
Hi! When on the tdee-20 method, the days we exercise do we focus on the food calories to be at tdee-20% or we make sure our net calories are at tdee-20%? Because the days I do cardio Im netting way below but the total food calories I consume are on par (almost) with my alotted tree-20%

Not drinking enough water causing weight gain?
Question is what the topic says..is it possible? Ive been eating at BMR and just gained few pounds over the course of the last 2 weeks. I am wondering..if its due to lack of enough water intake. thoughts?

I have a few questions about them: 1) Caories more important or macros? I am almost always under my calories but not so much with macros 2) I am on a 55%carb, 25%protein, and 20%fat and I want to loose weight...do I switch to 40/30/30? I am a male, if that helps for the macros
